Karen Shimizu Bregar is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of EETS, Inc. She is a licensed electrical contractor and has over 20 years of experience in the electrical design and contracting industries, including electrical design, specification writing, construction cost estimating, CAD drafting, preparing engineering design calculations, marketing/business development, strategic planning and administration, project management and QA/QC.

Michael Bregar, PE is the Principal Lead Engineer and has over 30 years of engineering design experience gained as a consultant and utility design engineer to industry and to electrical and water utilities. His expertise is in the design and specification of electrical systems, instrumentation and controls. Areas of expertise include power generation, transmission and distribution; waste and water treatment facilities; flood control, irrigation and water system distribution pumping plants; industrial plant controls, power distribution and co-generation facilities; and electrical design of central environmental control systems for large facilities.

John Guillory, PE is the Senior Engineer leading his team in the design, layout, engineering calculations and specifications for a number of water and wastewater treatment facilities pump station design projects, as well as medium- and high-voltage substation and generation design projects. He has performed construction management for projects as well as acting as Owner’s Engineer for vendor submittal reviews, RFIs and acceptance tests. Mr. Guillory also has experience as a controls engineer, where he concentrated on the design and specification of control systems for gas turbines.

Koosha Toofan, PE is the Senior Engineer leading his team in power system analysis and modeling. He has been involved with SCADA/HMI programming, arc flash studies as well as the design, layout and specification of many power-related projects including generation, transmission and distribution, substation and industrial. Mr. Toofan additionally has project experience in water distribution and pumping as well as alternative energy (wind, solar, geothermal).
